On May 18th, we had the honor of catering the Nation’s Restaurant News MenuMasters Celebration, sponsored by Ventura Foods, at  Morgan MFG in Chicago’s Fulton Market District. The venue exuded the essence of the MenuMasters Celebration—steeped in rich history yet pulsating with innovation.  The MenuMasters Awards is a highly respected competition honoring menu R&D leaders for their achievements and contributions to the food service Industry.

Event Highlights

  • Exclusive Menu: Guests savored a unique, one-night-only menu developed by the 2024 winners exclusively for the MenuMasters Celebration. The Blue Plate Culinary Team had the privilege of recreating these award-winning dishes, showcasing culinary excellence and innovation.
  • Awards Program: The evening featured a spirited awards ceremony, celebrating outstanding achievements in menu innovation.
  • Epic After Party: The night concluded with an unforgettable After Party, entirely catered by Blue Plate. Guests enjoyed our culinary creations and experienced an exclusive, stunning celebration.

Honoring the 2024 Winners

We were thrilled to honor the culinary genius of this year’s winners, including renowned chefs like Nancy Silverton from Mozza Restaurant Group and Meherwan Irani from Chai Pani Restaurant Group, along with innovative brands such as Cava, Del Taco, and Fogo de Chão. Their innovative and delicious dishes were a highlight of the evening, and we were proud to recreate and serve some of them throughout the ceremony.

After Party Delights

Our culinary team ensured the After Party was a gastronomic delight with a diverse action sauce bar, a sweet and savory station, a four-star mushroom station, and a sweet caviar bar, all crafted by Blue Plate. The culinary experience we provided kept the celebratory vibes high and made the night truly special.

We are proud to have been a part of this amazing event and look forward to future collaborations. The MenuMasters Celebration was a night of exceptional culinary achievements and unforgettable experiences. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it a success!
