  • Can you suggest a venue for our event?

    Blue Plate gives you access to more than 85 of the city’s most iconic special event venues. From historic landmarks, private event spaces, and sleek downtown galleries, we’ll help you select the perfect backdrop to make your event truly unforgettable. We can also cater in private homes in the city and suburbs.

    What services are included in your pricing?

    In addition to our oustanding food and beverage offerings, we also include our top rated service and the necessary equipment such as china, silverware, glassware, tables, chairs, and linens. We willl guide you through every aspect of the process of planning your event to ensure the overall look and feel captures your vision.

    Is there a minimum or maximum numbers of guests you can accommodate?

    Blue Plate has catered events from 10 to 10,000 guests, each with a customized culinary and operations plan to ensure a seamless and successful event.

    What other event related services do you provide?

    We work with the cities top event vendors including florists, decor, AV, entertainment, and valet services. Your event specialist will help guide you through the process.

    Can you send me a menu or proposal to review right away?

    Our planners will work with you to customize a menu specificially for your event. We like to discuss your guest demographic, event format, and past menus to create a comprehensive and customized proposal.
