S’mores Recipe With a Unique Twist!

Culinary Culture

Recipes

Don’t get us wrong. We love the combination of graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow that makes up a classic s’mores treat. But with so many unique twists on this classic dessert, we think at least some of them are worth trying out. Once you see how amazing the following s’mores variations look, we think you’ll agree!

Cookie Dough S’mores

Homemade cookie dough spread, toasted marshmallows, and milk chocolate are sandwiched between graham crackers for a delicious Cookie Dough S’mores. Yum!

Mexican S’mores

In this s’mores version, Mexican chocolate (which is made with ground cacao, cacao nibs, sugar, and cinnamon) is used in place of milk chocolate. The homemade mini Mexican chocolate discs are combined with graham crackers and marshmallows, making Mexican S’mores a welcome twist on this classic treat.

Campfire S’mores Brownies

These Campfire S’mores Brownies are sticky (as s’mores should be) and super fudgy. This is definitely a s’mores recipe that will appeal to chocolate lovers. And if the brownies themselves aren’t enough to satisfy an intense chocolate craving, you can always drizzle melted chocolate on top!

Salted Caramel S’mores

This Salted Caramel S’mores recipe will impress even those who aren’t crazy about
s’mores (not that we personally know anyone who doesn’t love s’mores!). In place of graham crackers, delicious homemade salted caramel chocolate chip cookies are used (these cookies look fabulous on their own!). In between the cookies, you’ll layer a roasted marshmallow, a piece of salted caramel chocolate, and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce. These s’mores will put you in salted caramel heaven!

Maple Bacon S’mores

If you’re feeling really adventurous and in the mood for something gourmet, you may want to check out these Maple Bacon S’mores. You’ll make your own maple-flavored marshmallows, studded with salty-sweet bits of candied bacon (we did warn you that these were gourmet). Then the marshmallows are roasted, topped with bittersweet chocolate, and sandwiched between two graham crackers for a truly divine take on the classic s’mores.

Once you give one of these s’mores twists a try, you just might get hooked and find yourself trying more and more variations!
