How do I begin the budget and planning process?
Your wedding specialist will walk you through the process of building a budget. Event costs vary depending on a wide variety of factors including venue, service style, menu selections, staffing requirements, rental equipment needed, and design requests. We work closely with our clients to meet their budget goals.
Can you suggest a venue for our event?
Blue Plate gives you access to more than 85 of the city’s most iconic special event venues. From historic landmarks, private event spaces, and sleek downtown galleries, we’ll help you select the perfect backdrop to make your wedding truly unforgettable. We can also cater in private homes in the city and suburbs.
Can you send me a menu to review right away, and how do you handle dietary restrictions?
Our planners will work with you to customize a menu specifically for your wedding. During the planning process, we’ll ask for information including favorite cuisine, restaurants, and service style preferences. Regardless of their dietary preferences, your guests should have food choices that are innovative, delicious, and exciting. We also have partners that can help provide specialized meals, including halal and kosher meals.

In addition to our outstanding food and beverage offerings, we also include our top rated service and the necessary equipment such as china, silverware, glassware, tables, chairs, and linens. We willl guide you through every aspect of the process of planning your wedding to ensure the overall look and feel captures your vision.

We work with the cities top event vendors including florists, decor, AV, entertainment, and valet services. Your wedding specialist will help guide you through the process.
